General Tasks

• Underground geotechnical support for 2 mines
• Paste engineering and improvements
  

Provide support for the geotechnical department to undertake underground inspections, stope and level designs, ground support rehabilitation plans, monitor squeezing ground conditions and seismic monitoring.

Provided operational support to the pastefill department for secondment coverage. Undertake daily pastefill requirements and liaise with underground contractor to ensure paste work completed, along with technical aspects of paste fill notes, strength requirements, paste barricades, retic installation. Assist implementation with long term projects such as onsite paste lab and improve site based QAQC process.
